BOOKLIST, FEES & ALLOWANCES

Booklists (Essential Items) are prepared and circulated at the end of each year. In order to provide parents with student consumables at the cheapest possible cost, the school makes bulk purchases and then on-sells the requisites. We also ask parents to make a voluntary contribution to help meet the cost of the “extras” that enrich our curriculum and make learning stimulating and enjoyable for our students.

Payment for booklists, voluntary contributions, uniforms, camps, excursions and other items can be made directly through Compass, EFTPOS, direct deposit or credit card.

We endeavour at all times to support parents who may have difficulty in meeting costs and wish to make payments by instalments. Requests for assistance should be made to the Principal and will be treated in the strictest confidence.

CAMPS, SPORTS & EXCURSIONS FUND

The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund helps ensure that no student misses out on the opportunity to join their classmates for important, educational and fun activities. It is part of making Victoria the Education State and the Government’s commitment to breaking the link between a student’s background and their achievements.

CSEF will be provided to eligible families to cover the costs of school trips, camps and sporting activities.

If you hold a valid means-tested concession card or are a temporary foster parent, you may be eligible for CSEF. A special consideration category also exists for asylum seeker and refugee families. The allowance is paid to the school to use towards expenses relating to camps, excursions or sporting activities for the benefit of your child.
